With its distinctive yellow cover, the brand had struggled to align with the new digital, data-driven content models of its various owners, despite positioning itself as a cornerstone of financial news through its special reporting and prestigious awards shows. The brand needed modernisation and a clear direction to stand out in a crowded market.

Based on the strategic platform of "Your Next Move," a visual language was developed to promote the idea of direction-led, actionable insights. This refreshed the brand's visual identity and tone, creating a distinct entity separate from its parent company, allowing it to reclaim its editorial independence through a more impactful brand yellow, combined with a modern typographic treatment and the addition of brand imagery
